There are three ways to organise your accounting with REALPAD Rental:
When a new lease is created in REALPAD Rental, sync will seamlessly create a new contact in Xero. Invoices created in REALPAD Rental are instantly sync'd to that new contact in Xero. Your bank feeds go directly to Xero, perform your bank reconciliation in Xero. Receipts matched to Invoices in Xero will sync to REALPAD Rental. All items sync'd with Xero will show a small Xero logo to indicate it has been sync'd. Click on the Xero logo in REALPAD Rental and go directly to the document in Xero and see the bank data. Setup custom links from Xero to REALPAD Rental.
From the 'settings>accounting' menu select the date range and download your transactions. Map the transactions in your preferred accounting system and upload. You will then perform some checks to make sure your balances are correct.
Using the 'Item Code List' determine the date range and Item code that you want to total. Repeat this for all Items codes used during the period selected. Using the 'Transaction List' determine receipts and payments for the selected period. You will then perform some checks to make sure your balances are correct.
